show you different types of housing;
Contact every estate agent who
may have a suitable property for you, select the best using your criteria,
and arrange viewing in logical order (we usually contact 25-40 agents;
sometimes as many as 80);
Give you an itinerary for each
viewing day with a brief description of the properties to be seen;
Take you to see the properties,
help you evaluate what you see and relate it to work, transportation,
schools, shopping, etc.;
When a property is chosen, submit
the offer and negotiate the best price;
Pay close attention to the preparation
and signing of your tenancy agreement;
See that utilities and telephone
are transferred to your name;
